How to cook
Peel and cut the pumpkin into circles. We can boil it, but I decided to roast it in the oven. For this purpose I put it in a tray and poured water into it.
I sprinkled sugar and cinnamon on each piece. I roasted it in a low heated oven. It should be checked on during the roasting process, because it happens very quickly.
Once it is ready, leave it in the syrup that has formed for a while. Serve the syrupy pieces of roasted pumpkin with cottage cheese, which we pipe out on top with the help of a piping bag.
Sprinkle with walnuts. The pumpkin dessert with cottage cheese is ready.
