How to cook
Crumble the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Add the milk and sugar. Whip the mixture well and allow it to cool.
Whip again, then mix it with the whisked cream and freeze. Before the ice cream freezes fully, remove it 2-3 times from the freezer and whip again with a mixer to make a fluffy texture that doesn't have any ice pieces.
You can serve it with biscotti, sliced almonds and other decorations.
