How to cook
Crush the cookies into crumbs using a blender. Add the Amaretto liqueur and stir.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and mix well.
Whip the cream in a separate bowl and add it in stages to the mascarpone cream.
Divide the mixture into two halves and add a few tablespoons of cherry syrup to one. Mix it well until you get a light pink cream.
Start arranging the triffle cups by placing a layer of cocoa cookies, cocktail cherries on the edge of the cup and white cream, repeat and finish off with the pink cream.
Reduce the remaining liquid from the cocktail cherries in a pan until a concentrated syrup is obtained. Pour it over the triffles for the final finish and serve them.
