- yoghurt - 3 1/3 cups (800 g)
- eggs - 3, only use the whites
- sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
- vanilla - 1 powder packet
- gelatin - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
Soak the gelatin in cold water for half an hour. Then drain the water and add about 3/4 cups of hot water.
Pour into bowls and leave refrigerated until they gel.
