How to cook
Crack the eggs in a large and convenient bowl. Pour the oil and water over them. Beat the mixture for a few minutes with a wire whisk.
Sift the flour and baking powder. Add it in portions, while stirring with a spoon until it is absorbed by the liquid mixture. Add three tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, diced ham and chopped yellow cheese.
Season the products with a pinch of salt (be careful not to oversalt, you have Parmesan and yellow cheese, which are salty enough) and a pinch of black pepper.
Homogenize everything very well.
Line an elongated cake tin with baking paper. Pour the prepared mixture, smooth it out and arrange on top, the cut into small pieces - tomatoes.
Bake the savory cake in a preheated 356°F (180 degree) static oven for about 40 minutes.
Check with a tootpick to see if the cake is fully baked. Take out the baked cake.
Immediately smear it with a brush dipped in a little olive oil.
Cool it on a wire rack.
Cut it, once it is well cooled! The savory cake with tomatoes and yellw cheese is ready.
