How to cook
Knead the dough, by sifting 1.1 lb (500 g) of flour into a bowl (the rest is for kneading), add salt and olive oil. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and leave it to activate.
Once you have kneaded the dough, put it in a bowl, cover it and leave it to rise in the heat for about an hour.
For the filling, put all of the vegetables in a food processor (chopper) and grind them or just cut them very finely.
Season the minced meat according to your taste, add the vegetables, finely chopped parsley, soft butter and tomato puree. Mix everything well.
Once the dough rises, divide it into 2 and each part into 5 more to get 10 servings. Roll out each piece with a diameter of a plate. Add to each part - 2 tablespoons of the stuffing.
The finished product is baked in a 390°F (200 degree) preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
