How to cook
Put all of the ingredients in a deep bowl and don't forget to add the vinegar to the soda, in order to activate it.
Mix very well and set the mixture aside.
Heat a pancake pan over medium heat, grease it with a little fat and pour the pancake mixture in it.
Bake them for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
I personally placed the finished pancakes on a wire rack to cool, so while one is baking, the other one is cooling down.
I move all of them into a plate, because I don't like them getting wet from the steam.
The vegan protein pancakes are ready.
