How to cook
Beat the yolks with the sugar and starch until you have a fluffy miixture. The milk is warmed slightly and added to the egg mixture, while stirring constantly.
Place the egg mixture on a heated hob and stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
Remove it from the heat and allow to cool completely.
Whip the cream and add it to the cooled egg and milk mixture.
Pour it into a box or suitable container and store the egg ice cream in the freezer to freeze.
Take it out every 1 hour (several times) and stir it to make the ice cream fluffy.
