How to cook
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the finely diced onion. Then add the chopped peppers and fry them too.
Add the mince and split it up well while browning. Season it with spices and mix with 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Shape the dough into a crust for 1 large pizza or 2 smaller ones.
Brush them with the remaining tomato paste, distribute mince evenly on it and sprinkle it with a little oregano. Put the pizzas to bake up to a nice tan in a moderately heated oven.
