Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g) mushrooms
  • onions - fresh, white part only
  • garlic - fresh, white part only
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • soya sauce - as needed
  • parsley - 1 - 2 sprigs

Preparation

Wash the rice and put it to boil with three cups of water. Heat the oil in a pan and add the finely chopped mushrooms, onion and garlic.

Stir and sauté together until tender. Season them to taste with spices.

Put the rice in a dish, add the vegetable mixture, soya sauce to taste and gently mix.

Serve with parsley.
