How to cook
Pour the water into a small pot and add the wheat semolina. Heat it over medium heat, while stirring occasionally, until the mixture boils.
Boil it for a few minutes, while stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Once the tarama caviar has thickened enough, remove it from the heat and set it aside for ten minutes until it cools down.
Sprinkle it with as much salt as you like, the juice of half a lemon and add the dairy mayonnaise.
Stir well and refrigerate it until it cools.
Serve it with olives. This fake caviar is a great dip!
