How to cook
The chickpeas are mashed and the eggs are added to them. Beat the mixture well and gradually add the other ingredients without the blueberries.
Mix everything well so that you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture and add the blueberries at the end.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread it out so that a thin and easy-to-bake layer is obtained.
Sprinkle it with crushed nuts of your choice on top and bake the brownie in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven for about 20 minutes or until it's fully baked.
For a sweetener you can use coconut sugar, stevia, dates or whatever you like - a better alternative to white sugar.
The chickpea brownie with blueberries is ready.
