How to cook
Put the minced meat in a deep bowl and season it with spices.
Once you're done, form big enough balls and spread them out, so that they're a little bigger than the burger buns. This is due to the fact that the meat shrinks when it is cooked.
Grease a preheated pan with a non-stick coating and place the meat in it. It is preferable to cook the meat to a medium degree, but this depends entirely on your taste.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes, iceberg and onion into strips.
When the meat is ready, place it into a separate dish. In a heated pan, the onions can be fried until they soften. Take it out and place it into a separate container again.
When you're done, put just a little fat in the pan and place the sliced burger buns with the cut side down until they are slightly toasted.
Remove the bread bun and spread them with mayonnaise. Place the fried onions on the mayonnaise, then the iceberg, tomato, the burger meat, add the cheddar sauce and finish it off with the top of the burger bun.
In order for it to stay in place, you can pierce the center of the burger with a wooden skewer.
You can find the recipe for cheddar sauce in my profile.
