How to cook
Peel and finely chop the carrots and onions. Fry them. Add the cleaned mushrooms to them.
Once they're fried, add the toasted flour along with the paprika. Stir and add the grated tomatoes.
Pour water into the pot and season with salt. Once the fragrant mushroom soup boils, add the rice.
Before the easy mushroom soup is ready, add the thyme and black pepper.
Serve the classic mushroom soup with field mushrooms with homemade fluffy bread.
