How to cook
Put the hazelnuts in a bowl and pour enough water to cover them. Leave them for 6-12 hours.
Pour out the water and place the hazelnuts in a food processor. Pour a little mineral water and blend for a few minutes.
With a little liquid, the hazelnuts will blend better. Turn it off and add the remaining water. Turn on the blender again for a few minutes.
Strain the prepared hazelnut milk.
Store hazelnut milk in the refrigerator.
