How to cook
Boil the broccoli in salted water and strain them well.
Once the broccoli has cooled, mash it with a mashed potato masher.
Add the grated yellow cheese, salt, egg and dill and mix everything well.
If the mixture is not thick enough to form patties, add a little corn flour.
Form small patties and roll them in corn flour.
Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper, which is well greased with oil.
Sprinkle the vegetable patties lightly with the fat and bake them at 392°F (200 degrees) until they aquire a golden color.
When serving the oven-baked broccoli patties you can add an yogurt sauce with garlic and dill.
