How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk and oil to this mixture and beat it well again.
Add the pre-sifted flour along with the baking powder and mix everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured round baking pan.
Arrange the apples, cut into thin slices, on top of the mixture.
Bake it in a moderately heated oven. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar when serving - preferably when the apple pie has cooled well.
The village-style apple pie is ready.
