How to cook
Mash the white cheese with a fork.
Add the baking soda in the yoghurt to activate. Add the eggs and beat the mixture. Add a little oil.
In a small cup, pour some oil to spread on each crust.
Using a brush, spread a filo pastry sheet with oil. Put 2 tbsp. of the mixture, then another filo pastry sheet, grease with oil, add the mixture, roll and do that until the end.
Bake the fluffy filo pastry pie at 392°F (200 degrees).
