How to cook
Mix all of the ingredients in a suitable deep bowl, add as much salt and oil as you like, cut the onion into large pieces and place it in with the other ingredients in the bowl.
The meat (about 500 g) is cut into larger chunks and left to marinate and it is mixed very well in the finished marinade.
The minimum time to marinate the meat is at least 30 minutes, but I recommend marinating the meat in the successful marinade for at least 2 hours.
The marinated meat is grilled, baked in the oven or in a pan.
