Peel and slice the avocado. It is best if it's soft and well ripened. Mix all of the ingredients for the recipe.
Work with a blender, so that the ice cream has a smoother appearance, but even if you do not have such device, you can use a liquidizer. Blend everything together until you have a perfectly smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and store it in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
Another option is to fill the creamy mixture into ice cube trays and freeze the delicious dairy ice cream for at least 4 hours.
