How to cook
The lamb is minced and fried with finely chopped celery, onion and garlic.
Once everything is well fried, add the paprika and tomato puree and leave it to simmer until it remains in fat. Remove it from the heat and transfer it into a baking pan.
Peel the potatoes, cut them and boil them. After that mash them and flavor them with milk, butter and grated white cheese.
Pour the finished puree over the minced meat mixture and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Bake at 360°F (180 degrees) until the savory pie is fully cooked.
The classic shepherd's pie is ready.
