How to cook
Heat the oven to 338°F (170 °C) and grease and flour a cake form. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer. Add the eggs one at a time, and beat the dough well after each.
Mash the bananas with a fork until they obtain the consistency of porridge, leaving only a few unmashed pieces. Add them to the dough along with the honey. Separately, sift the flour with the baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add them to the dough and mix with a mixer at low speed until homogeneous. Add the chopped walnuts. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
Put the dough into the baking form and even out the top. Bake for 35-45 minutes, use a toothpick to check whether it is ready.
