  • puff pastry - 2 sheets
  • mince - 14 oz (400 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin - to taste
  • oil - 4 tablespoons


Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onion. Once softened, add the chopped garlic, stir briefly and add the minced meat. Stir until it is well fried and turns to crumbs. Finally, season it with spices and remove it from the heat.

Chop the eggs and mix them with the minced meat. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into rectangles or squares.

Place the filling in the middle and fold, lightly pressing the edges. On each bite, you can also make a few minor cuts with a sharp knife.
