How to cook
Blanch the broccoli, cauliflower and sliced carrots for 30 seconds in boiling water. Then drain well. Heat oil in a large deep pan and fry the coarsely chopped onion, add the carrots, chopped mushrooms and cover the pot for 5 minutes.
Then add all the other vegetables - chopped peppers, cauliflower and broccoli. Mix well and cover the top. After 6-7 minutes, add the spices and leave for another 3-4 minutes on the stove. You can use vegetables of your choice.
