Ingredients

  • mince - 24.5 oz (700 g) mixture, home ground
  • carbonated water - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Knead the freshly ground mince well with the spices and half the carbonated water and leave in a bowl with a lid.

Add the remaining carbonated water in another 2 or 3 lots, stirring well each time. Finally, put the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 night.

The next morning, cut bread into diagonal slices and smear them with plenty of minced meat. Put them on a grill or a grill pan with the minced meat side down and bake until ready.
