- mince - 24.5 oz (700 g) mixture, home ground
- carbonated water - 1 cup (250 ml)
- cumin - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- savory - 1/2 tsp
- salt - to taste
Knead the freshly ground mince well with the spices and half the carbonated water and leave in a bowl with a lid.
Add the remaining carbonated water in another 2 or 3 lots, stirring well each time. Finally, put the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 night.
