Cut the chicken into pieces and chop the onion and carrot. Heat oil in a pan with a wide bottom and put the chicken to fry. After that, add the vegetables, stir, and then add the tomato paste.
Stir and top up with hot water, just enough to cover everything. Add in all the spices and simmer until the sauce is reduced. Finally, mix with the flour dissolved in a little water until it bubbles and remove it from the heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
