  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) crushed and sifted
  • milk chocolate - 1


Beat the butter well and add the flour and sugar to it. Knead the dough. Roll it out into a sheet the thickness of a coffee saucer.

Slice round cookies (or other shapes), arrange them in a buttered pan and bake them in a moderate oven at 356°F (180 °C).

During this time, dissolve one piece of chocolate in a spoonful of hot water, in which you will dip the baked cookies on one side and stick them together.
