How to cook
Wash the pork liver well and cut it into about 0.4″ (1 cm) thick slices.
Put all the products in a bowl and then add the black pepper, stir and cover the bowl with a lid.
Leave it like that for about 4 hours.
Strain the liver and then add 2-3 tablespoons of oil into the bowl, stir and grill the liver.
Add salt, once you've grilled the pork liver completely. It's a great beer appetizer, try it!
The grilled liver is ready.
