How to cook
Once it is fully cooked, strain it and wash it with cold water.
While it is boiling, peel, clean and chop the vegetables: the onion into crescents, the carrot into circles, the pepper into strips, the mushrooms into slices and the broccoli into small chunks.
Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan, put the vegetables in it and fry them, while stirring periodically.
Once they soften, add the soy sauce, followed by the rice. Stir the dish and if necessary, add salt and season with black pepper.
The rice with vegetables is served with finely chopped spring onions.
The blanched rice with vegetables is ready.
