How to cook
Wash the tripe and put it in water to boil in advance.
Place a pan with butter on the heated hob, add the chopped mushrooms and fry them.
Cut the cooked tripe into small pieces, peel the garlic and press it.
Add the tripe and garlic to the mushrooms, as well as salt and paprika.
Pour all of this into a baking pan and sprinkle the dish generously with grated cheese.
Place the appetizer in the oven to bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
The tripe and mushrooms, stewed in butter are ready.
