How to cook
Clean and wash the wheat. Boil it in water, along with the cinnamon stick for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the heat and close the cookware tightly, in which the wheat was cooked and leave it in a warm place until the grains have completely softened.
Blend, add the sugar, a part of the grinded nuts and the apple (cut into small pieces).
The diluted starch is added to the resulting mixture and it is then stirred. Distribute it into bowls and serve the finished asure with the other part of the grinded nuts.
The asure with apple, raisins and nuts is ready.
