Ingredients

  • pork - 28 oz (800 g)
  • bread - 2 slices, dry
  • eggs - 5
  • onions - 1 small head
  • savory - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 1 tablespoon
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • cheese - 1.5 oz (50 g)
  • for spreading
  • eggs - 1 egg white
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 1 tsp
  • for the garnish
  • carrots - 2
  • pickles - 4

How to cook

Soak the bread in water and drain it well. Mix it with the minced meat, grated onion, 1 egg and spices. Knead well and leave the mince in a covered container for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then mix the grated cheese in.

Hard-boil the eggs with the carrots. Cut the carrots and pickles as a garnish. On greased transparent foil, spread 1/4 of the minced meat into an even layer. Put 1 egg in the middle and carefully roll it up. Repeat this process for the other 3 rolls as well.

Arrange them in a tray with greased baking paper. Beat the egg whites, curry and ketchup with a whisk. Using a brush, thoroughly coat the Stephanie roll. Put them to bake in a moderately heated oven until ready.

Serve the cut up mini meatloaf in a plate with a side of carrots and pickles.
