Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vanilla - 1
  • jam

Preparation

Mix the flour, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla well. Divide the dough into two portions and roll out oblong 1 1/4″ (3 cm) thick pieces from them.

Put them in the fridge for 30 minutes, then cut them into slices, make holes, put the jam and stick them together in pairs. Bake in a moderate oven.find similar recipes here
