How to cook
The evening before, put the beans in water to swell up.
Peel the vegetables and cut them into slices. Put the smoked meat mixture into the pot with the beans and water (in which the soda is mixed) and the vegetables.
Add salt, black pepper, bay leaf and cumin. Boil the beans for about 3 hours. Remove the smoked meat (whatever ones have bones, debone them).
Place the meat back into the broth. Make a thickener for the delicious bean soup from oil, flour and paprika.
Pour the thickener over the beans, sprinkle them with parsley and celery leaves and cook the bean soup with smoked meat for 10 minutes.
