How to cook
Peel a potato and cut it into large cubes.
Put the diced potatoes along with the finely chopped carrots, chopped onions, the finely chopped beets, cabbage and parsley into a pot.
Pour water and boil until the products soften. Towards the end of cooking, add the oil and lemon juice.
Season the Moldovan borscht soup with salt, dill and serve it with 1-2 tbsp. of yogurt in each serving of borscht.
P.S. The Moldovan borscht should soup be sour and no sugar should be added.
