How to cook
Peel the leeks and onions. Cut them into small pieces.
Put some fat in a pan and fry them. Add the minced meat.
Fry it until it is fully cooked. Add the spices and after a few minutes the tomato puree.
Wait for it to remain in fat and turn off the hob. Set the filling aside to cool down.
In a bowl, beat the eggs along with the yoghurt, corn flour, oil and baking powder.
Grab a filo pastry sheet, spread it with the egg mixture.
Place a second filo pastry sheet on top. Spread it with the egg mixture again.
Add some of the stuffing and wrap it in a triangle.
Arrange the borek in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the borek with leeks at 360°F (180 degrees) until they are fully baked.
