How to cook
Dissolve the rice flour and corn semolina in 2/3 cup (150 ml) of milk.
The remaining milk with the sugar is placed in a pot on the stove.
After the sugar has melted and the milk has started boiling, the mixture of milk, flour and semolina is added, while stirring constantly.
Boil until the mixture thickens. Add the vanilla.
The finished malabi is left to cool and is left in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
When serving, add 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup.
The malabi with maple syrup is very tasty.
