How to cook
For these classic chocolate cookies, the dry products are mixed - flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder.
Separately beat the eggs with the sugar and oil, then add the mixture to the dry products.
Beat them well with a mixer, then knead by hand to obtain a smooth soft dough.
Leave the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Then form small balls from the dough for the crinkle cookies, which are then rolled in powdered sugar.
Place them in a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake the perfect crinkle cookies in a preheated oven at 338°F (170 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
