How to cook
The flour is sifted with both types of soda.
Put the egg, honey, oil, sugar and spices in a bowl. Beat them with a mixer.
Add little by little of the flour to the liquid mixture, while stirring with a spoon. A soft and sticky dough is obtained.
Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
Walnut sized pieces are broken from the dough and the crinkle cookies are formed. Roll them in plenty of powdered sugar and arrange the crinkle gingerbread cookies in a tray lined with baking paper.
The crinkle cookies are baked in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 degrees) for 10-12 minutes.
You can make about 50 pieces of these very tasty crinkle gingerbread cookies.
