How to cook
Pour lukewarm to warm water, add the sugar, salt and oil. Weigh the correct amount of white flour and sift it.
Weigh the wholemeal flour and pour both of them along with the other products. Sprinkle the dry yeast on top.
Select the Wholemeal Bread setting and let the bread maker do it's job, then take out the bread and leave it onto a wire rack to cool down.
The bread maker wholemeal bread is ready.
