Ingredients

  • mince - 21 oz (600 g)
  • vienna sausages - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) smoked
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • butter - 1/4 of a 1/2 cup (125 g) pack
  • olives - 4 - 5
  • salt - 1 or 2 pinches
  • allspice
  • savory
  • black pepper - to taste, ground

How to cook

First peel the sausages and chop them along with the cheeses. Gently wash the mushrooms and dice them well.

In a deep bowl, mix everything together with the minced meat. Separately, beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. Add the spices and oil.

Stir, add the olives and put into a cake pan. Bake the dish in a moderately hot oven until browned, for about 20-30 minutes.
