How to cook
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix the dry spices and stir. Add the grated carrots and crushed walnuts.
Mix the products well. Add the dry mixture to the other one, mix them well and divide the mixture into two parts.
Place baking paper in a baking pan and bake the cake layers.
Prepare the cream from the listed products. You need to end up with a creamy mixture. Put one cake layer on a tray, smear it with cream, put the other cake layer on top and again smear it generously with cream.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and decorate the cake.
Leave the carrot cake in a cold place for a few hours to absorb the cream.
The classic carrot cake is ready.
