How to cook
Wash and clean the cabbage and carrots. Finely chop the cabbage and grate the carrots.
Put the products in a large bowl and add the chopped parsley.
Add as much salt as you like to the vegetables and mix the salad with your hands. Add the remaining spices as well and stir.
Serve the prepared cabbage salad in suitable plates. You can optionally garnish the salad with black olives.
