How to cook
For this delicious cheesecake, the biscuits are crushed with a blender. Place them in a bowl and mix them well with the soft butter.
Spread the mixture on the bottom of a detachable cake tin.
Using a mixer, beat the cottage cheese well with the sugar and vanilla.
Add the strained yogurt to the cheesecake mixture.
Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Dissolve two sachets of gelatin as directed on the sachet and leave them to swell slightly.
Melt them in a water bath and add them to the mixture in the mixer. Beat the mixture again on low speed for a short time.
Pour it into the cake tin, on the biscuits and arrange slices of orange, cut into thin slices, on top.
Dissolve a sachet of gelatin with a cup of sugar over low heat and pour it over the oranges.
The easy orange cheesecake is left in the refrigerator overnight or for at least three hours.
