How to cook
Mix the eggs and pour both types of milk over them. Pour the cocoa and beat until it has completely dissolved.
At the bottom of 4 metal or ceramic flan cups or classic cream caramel cups, pour a spoonful of thick chocolate syrup. If you don't have one, you can replace it with chocolate or caramel topping.
Pour the mixture and place them in a baking pan with cold water.
Bake the chocolate flan at 280°F (140 degrees) for about an hour and a half, or until they have set.
Once they cool down, store the cups in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
Serve them by turning the dessert onto a tray and garnish them with the whipped cream.
