Ingredients

  • red peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • green peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • eggplants - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • parsley - 2 bunches
  • oil - 1 cup of pre - fried oil
  • sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup

Preparation

Bake the eggplants and peppers, then peel and cut them into pieces. Put the vegetables in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, sugar, chilled oil, vinegar, chopped garlic and parsley.

Stir the mixture well and fill into jars. Put the lids on and sterilize for 10-15 minutes after the water comes to a boil.
