The meat is cut, sprinkled with salt and pepper and fried. Separately, prepare the sauce by cutting the onions into round slices and stewing in the same oil.
Add cream, nutmeg, salt and allow it to boil. Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices. Arrange meat on top of the potatoes in a tray, add the sauce and bake for about 10 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
