How to cook
Julienne the pepper and onion and cut the rest of the ingredients into cubes, salt lightly. Arrange in a salad plate, without mixing, in the following sequence: potatoes at the bottom, then eggs, tomatoes, peppers and onions.
Grate the feta cheese, sprinkle it with olive oil. The parsley can be diced finely and sprinkled before the feta cheese or the leaves can be used to adorn the salad. These products are enough for the two portions.
