How to cook
Sift the flour and baking powder together in a large bowl. The eggs are beaten by adding olive oil and the yoghurt which has the baking soda added to it.
Add the egg mixture to the flour, stir, add rosemary and black pepper to taste. Cut the tomatoes in halves and remove only the fleshy part, which is cut into small cubes. The ham and cheese are finely chopped, along with the olives. The chopped tomatoes, ham, cheese and olives are added to the bowl with the egg mixture and flour and finally stirred.
Pour the mixture into an oblong shape and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 °C) for about 45 minutes. Check if it's ready using a toothpick.
