"We know exactly what to do with those leftover Easter eggs, in order to come up with something both tasty and eye-catching."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • cucumbers - fresh, 3 - 4 round slices
  • feta cheese - 2 tablespoons, crumbled + 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olives - 10
  • yoghurt - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • parsley - 1 - 2 sprigs

How to cook

Boil the eggs, peel and cut them in half. Arrange the egg whites in a shallow plate, mash the yolks in a bowl and mix them with the finely chopped cucumber, feta cheese, milk and spices.

Stuff the egg whites with this mixture. Put feta cheese cubes and olives around them on the plate. Decorate with fresh parsley leaves.
